Chicken Sausage

The meat for these popular sausages is taken from the drumsticks of our free-range chicken, ground, and a bit of sage and poultry seasoning is added to make a delicious sausage. They are great cooked on the barbecue, in the oven, or in the frying pan. Customers often use them for appetizers. There are four in a package, and they weigh approximately 1.25lb.
