When customers continuously asked us for chicken sausage, we started to ask our local butcher if it was a possibility. We are happy to have developed this new product, and it has been a very popular product amongst our customers. The meat is taken from the drumsticks of our free-range chicken, ground, and a bit of sage and poultry season is added to make a delicious sausage. They are great cooked on the barbecue, in the oven, or on the frying pan. Customers often use them for appetizers, and there are four in a package, and they weigh approximately one pound.
